Chinese Delegate Visits Tallahassee

Tallahassee, FL— In light of the newly-founded Sister City relationship between Tallahassee, Florida and Rugao, Jiangsu Province, China, and the success of the first two delegation trips in 2011, Mr. Lucky Ni, Director of Rugao City Liaison Offices (Also Deputy Director of Administrative Committee, General Manager of Economic Development, and Vice Party Secretary of the Rugao Enterprise Development Zone), and Ms. Miranda Wu travelled to Tallahassee between April 18th and April 23rd, 2012, to further seek economic development and education opportunities. Their visit was hosted by the Tallahassee-Rugao Sister City, with support from Economic Development Council of Tallahassee/Leon County, Inc. and Bing Energy International, LLC.

Bing Energy International Meets First-Year QTI Goals, Grows Jobs in Big Bend Job Market

TALLAHASSEE, Fl.  Bing Energy International, LLC is on track to meet its job creation goals under the Qualified Target Industry Tax Refund (QTI) program.

To qualify for QTI incentives, Bing Energy International must create at least 244 jobs paying an average salary of $41,633 over the next seven years. In its first year of operation, Bing Energy International hired 16 employees at an average salary of $41,661.
